Learn HR currently offers two practical e-learning courses that lead to nationally recognised HR qualifications at levels 2 and 3, accredited by Edexcel/BTEC.

Professional HR Qualifications

Successful completion of Weeks 1-14 of this course leads to an Edexcel/BTEC HR qualification 'Intermediate Award in HR Administration', equivalent to GCSE. Weeks 15-26 lead to an Edexcel/BTEC HR qualification 'Advanced Certificate in HR Supervisory Management', equivalent to 'A' level.

The syllabus covers the major aspects of HR including employment law, recruitment, handling employee issues such as grievances and disciplinary matters, learning and development and management skills.
