Course Aims
With increasing pressure on organisations to remain competitive and productive, the onus falls on HR professionals and Line Managers to ensure that the people they employ are encouraged to deliver high performance. In addition, most organisations are having to cope with change in one form or another. Some people cope well with change, thriving on the challenges it brings and enjoying the uncertainty. Others find it uncomfortable, threatening and isolating.
This one-day course is designed to give delegates the skills to manage their team for maximum performance.
At the end of the workshop, delegates will be able to:
- Identify management styles and how to use the most appropriate style for a variety of 'management challenges'
- Examine the role of the manager - what it means for the individual, the team and the organisation
