- The 4 work styles - Producer, Administrator, Entrepreneur and Integrator
- How these roles and work styles impact on teamwork
- Effective teams
Recruiting and managing an effective team
- The importance of clearly defined job roles
- How to use job profiles for effective recruitment
- The importance of considering diversity when recruiting and building a team
- How to handle the 'difficult' team member

- Using a pre-prepared case study, each group will discuss the required attitude, skill and knowledge required when choosing the team
