Course Aims

A one-day course designed to give Personnel and HR professionals a better understanding of the payroll function via the 'lifecycle' of an employee.  This course is not intended to teach delegates detailed payroll calculations but to give them an overview of what happens in a payroll department and to build strong links between the two departments.

• What the employer can and can't deduct
