Welcome to the short demo of the learn HR Online learning environment. Please just work down the steps on the sections on the right.

Bear in mind that all activities in this course are based on real lfe situations. To enable a more realistic feel, an imaginary company and characters have been created. The first module is a brief introduction to the the company and characters... you may even be able to relate to a few!

Objectives

On completion of this module, candidates will be able to:

• Explain how to find and use information on current legislation from a variety of sources.
• Review current working practices in relation to employment law legislations and make recommendations for updating, improving or changing working practices.
