• Recruitment & Selection
• Defining the role and planning the interview
• Interviews and offer of employment

Weeks 8, 9

• Operational Human Resources dealing with references
  and induction
• Working with family friendly policies

Weeks 10, 11

• Terminating Employment
• Dealing with grievance and disciplinary matters
• Dealing with dismissal

Weeks 12-14

Tutor Marked Assignments - all TMAs to be reviewed,
completed and sent to assessors.
